‘Shabu’ in tea bags

Guillermo Eleazar present seized methamphetamine hydrochloride (shabu) worth P163 million at a press conference in Camp Crame on Wednesday. Residents clean up a portion of the Estero Magdalena in Tondo, Manila, Wednesday. Communities around the area have begun clean-up drives after heavy rains washed tons of garbage on to the community.
