North Korea's Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un and US President Donald Trump made history after an unprecedented summit at Sentosa Island in Singapore on June 12. The meeting set a path toward denuclearization of North Korea in the interest of peace and security.

All eyes were set on Singapore as the two powerful leaders met for the first time amid heavy security.

North and South Korean citizens were glued on their screens as they monitored developments on the 5-hour meeting.

The meeting ended with Kim's commitment to denuclearize “very quickly” and Trump pledging security guarantees, which includes halting military exercises with South Korea.
