What can you eat on Petsa de Peligro without losing your "soshal" factor?
When you're out of money and the next payday is days away, it's tough trying to think of what to do during mealtimes. It's even tougher to see how one can stay "soshal" on a tight budget.
The Soshal Network comes to the rescue of penniless Pinoys everywhere with a quirky solution in their new video.
The three "pa-soshal" self-proclaimed "titas of Manila": Faye, also known as Ms. Sophisticated; Vivian, known as Mrs. Domesticated; and Camille, known as Ms. "Provinciated" took on the P100 food challenge at Bonifacio Global City (BGC).
Conquering the high-end commercial district of BGC, The Soshal Network tried ways to stay "sosy" despite a tight budget.
Wearing their signature daster outfit layered with a white long-sleeved tops, the three went to a restaurant to see how they could squeeze in P100 per person on a dish.
They ended up buying a cup of rice each, but with no viand. So, they tried to find other solutions to add flavor to the dish. By adding Knorr Liquid Seasoning, their rice was made more appetizing.
For all the tight-budgeted out there, there are ways to stay 'soshal', as the three 'titas' said: 'Ang pangontra sa manipis na bulsa ay makapal na mukha.'
