In a video, former Miss Teen Philippines titleholders revealed their entertaining makeup misfortunes, or "glow up" lessons they learned the hard way.
For Miss Teen Philippines 2014 Nicole Magadia, her memorable makeup moment was when she overdrew too much lipstick in an attempt to pull off pouty red lips.
"One time because I really want to achieve those lips, I lined my lips [na] super OA talaga, as in red pa siya...I'm not gonna do that again!" Magadia said.
Her friend Chiara Ocampo, who finished first runner-up at the Miss Teen Philippines 2014 pageant, meanwhile spoke of her failed "drunken blush" moment.
"Super love ko iyong 'drunken blush,' so I really tried so hard to recreate that look. I looked so much like a siopao, dalawang siopao na pink, and it didn't really look good," she said.
They were joined by a couple and students who also spilled their makeup fails.
Student Alex Yuson remembered the time when she surprised her boyfriend with a unibrow.
Makeup aficionados Julia and Louisa recollected the moment when they apply thick eyeliner in a bid to mimic "emo" artists.
They also shared when they put mismatched foundation that made them resemble "espasol," a floury Filipino sweet.
